Blancpain ultra slim automatic mens watch review

Today we are finally getting around to reviewing Blancpain luxury watches ? well, one in particular: the Blancpain Ultra Slim Automatic. We are really going back to basics with this one, having gone a little wild last time out with the Hublot Big Bang. Blanpain watches are renowned the world over for their style and class. Like almost all of the top brands, they are a Swiss watch company, based in the town of Villeret. But, amazingly, Blanpain predates its competitors by a long shot, having been established way back in 1735! These watches really are history in the making. Today they are owned by another watchmaking icon, Swatch, but they haven't lost any of their traditional flare. In comparison to a large watch maker like Rolex, which makes about 2,000 watches a day, Blancpain produces fewer than 10,000 watches a year. Each watch is made by a single watchmaker. That goes to show you the amount of attention to detail these pieces get. The Blancpain Ultra Slim Automatic is a beautiful watch, simply put. It features a rich brown leather crocodile strap which is accompanied to perfection by a rose gold toned stainless steel case. It looks positively regal.
